What you’ll do:

• Concept and design high-impact presentations in a fast-paced, collaborative process

• Develop and implement brand-compliant visual styles (Corporate Design)

• Create custom presentation tools: templates, slide libraries, style guides, and more

• Support live client events and presentations

• Help shape and evolve the creative direction of the EXPLAIN design team

• Participate in client workshops and bring fresh thinking to the table

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field

• A sharp eye for design, trends, and aesthetics

• A high level of creativity and commitment to top-quality visuals

• Strong layout and composition skills

• Strategic thinking - you don’t design by accident, but by intent

• The ability to quickly grasp complex topics across diverse industries

• Confident communicator, both within your team and with clients

• You’re fluent in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)

• Quick to learn new tools and not afraid to dive into PowerPoint (bonus if you already know it)

• Extra points for skills in copywriting, storytelling, or content strategy
